Spring is just around the corner– finally! As such, I’ve been thinking about wardrobe updates that feel fresh for the new season, but that can carry me through a variety of climates. I have quite a bit of work travel this spring with a trip to Paris this week and a few trips to New York since I am participating in this year’s Kips Bay Showhouse. As I have gotten older, I have really come to a point where I buy fewer, better things. Rather than buying tons of what some consider disposable fashion, I have been investing in pieces that are well-made and are more apt to stand the test of time. Quality over quantity! Since I travel quite often and am always on the go, I tend to shop online more than in person to save time. I find that once you are familiar with how a brand’s clothing fits, it is pretty easy to order online without having to worry that things won’t fit they way you would expect them to. One of my favorite places to shop online is Mytheresa, a unique destination for women’s luxury fashion representing over 200 of the world’s most sought-after brands including Prada, Gucci, and Saint Laurent as well as contemporary brands such as Ganni, Ancient Greek, Khaite, and Tory Burch. My favorite thing about Mytheresa is that they have a constant stream of new arrivals, so there is always something fresh and new to see! Better yet, they two day delivery and free returns within 30 days which makes the whole shopping experience super easy and seamless. Below and above, you’ll find a mix of classic wardrobe staples that are sure to become favorites for years along with pretty dresses and shoes for when you want to make a bolder statement!

  1. Why don’t you post the pieces you actually bought instead of just posting rewardstyle links to things you hope you will make commission on?

    1. Hi Donna,

I received your comment on today’s post. I did in fact include pieces that I have purchase– the white pants, the Aquazzura mules, earrings, and a khaki dress I am planning to order.. It is a sponsored post with rewardStyle, which is why there are links and why I have disclosed that this is a sponsored post at the end. The content that I produce for my blog takes a lot of time to create on top of running a design firm, a store, etc. Very rarely do I share a sponsored post and when I do, it is 100% my right to do so. Like your time, my time is also valuable andI choose to monetize my blog after creating free content for readers for over 12 years. I am choosing to spend my time sharing the things that I love and am excited about with my followers. If you have an issue with rewardStyle links, don’t click on them. I think others can see the value in a trusted source sharing their top picks for them and simplifying the shopping process. I hope you can understand my perspective.

      Respectfully,

      Paloma

  2. Guuuuuurl, you really have great taste 🔥🔥🔥🔥i was just reminded that I noticed your shoEs with featherS and ran over to log on to Nordstrom and ordered a cute sandal (SoCal resident). It must have been the start of bad wEather here in the WesT as i have yet to wear them. You wear alot of dresses too which are so easy to look extra chic. Note to self, more dresses. I am so inspired, just wish my bank account was that inspired 🥴
