In the Mood: March 2019

Lately, I have found myself craving color! While I love the look of a crisp, neutral room, I have been finding myself super drawn to rich jewel tones and beautiful brights lately. It could be a case of the winter doldrums, the influence of a few fashion shows in recent memory including the last two Valentino Haute Couture shows and the Fall/Winter 2018 Carolina Herrera show; or a desire to shake things up!  I presume it is a combination of all of these factors. I am currently working on a few new, exciting projects and the glamour, beauty, and stunning color from these fashion collections is a big influence for the direction I am taking for one of those projects. As such, this month’s mood is a direct reflection of what is currently inspiring me and is all about the love of color– bright, beautiful, saturated hues in both classic and unusual and inspiring combinations.
