An A-List Designer’s Iconic New York Home for Sale

Steven Gambrel has long been one of my favorite interior designers. From his signature, cool blue-grey color palettes to his specific mix of masculine style executed in the most elegant way, Gambrel finds a way to create spaces that feel equally glamorous and welcoming at one time. Anytime I come across a project of his in a magazine or on the internet, I don’t even need to read the byline to know that it is his work. He is that good at designing in a way that is singular to him. As I was scrolling through Instagram last night, I saw his latest Instagram post mentioned that he and his partner have purchased a new townhouse in New York which they will renovate extensively and as such, his iconic townhouse at 68 Morton Street in the West Village is now on the market. Naturally, I clicked on the listing and of course, it did not disappoint!

{The four-story townhouse features a generous 25 foot width, which is large for New York. It was meticulously renovated and decorated by Gambrel using the most luxurious finishes.}
