Merry Christmas!

{Our Personal Christmas Card featuring Highlights from our Trip to Paris this Summer for our 12th Anniversary}

Merry Christmas! One of my very favorite holiday traditions is sending holiday cards and especially receiving them from our friends and family. It’s so nice to see our loved one’s adventures, children, and pets. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful things this year has had in store for us,  from two trips to Paris and a whirlwind of travel for work, to finalizing my book deal, bringing on our newest team member, Mary Kate at Paloma Contreras Design and the first PCD babies– identical twin baby girls compliments of our dear Devon. So many blessings! I have a lot to be thankful for including each of you and your continued readership and support. Thank you for allowing me into your lives on a daily basis. Your feedback, loyalty, and enthusiasm over the past ten and a half years means so much to me.

The holiday season is always such a busy time for everyone, so we are very much looking forward to celebrating Christmas at home with our family this weekend.  I really enjoy the end of the year because it provides a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all of the good things and growth opportunities from the current year as well as a chance to set goals and plan for the year to come. I have some big, exciting things planned for 2018 and as such, really want to take the opportunity to unplug a bit and get inspired next week, so I will be posting a little less than usual. Merry Christmas!

  1. Paloma,

    A big thanks to you and your team for working quickly to decorate my son’s apartment this summer. We were there just before Thanksgiving and it is warm and relaxing – Just what we were hoping for.

    Merry Christmas and best wishes for a wonderful new year! Looking forward to working with you all again.

    Best,
    ~carol

  2. Hello Paloma! I read your blog daily and love it! So stylish! Your Christmas card includes in the bottom row a photo of somewhere in Paris with a very modern light sculpture. Where is that? It’s so amazing! Merci.

    1. Hi Judy,

      Thank you so much for reading LDV everyday! The photo you are taking about was taken in the entrance hall of Versailles. They have different art installations there every year and last year, it was an LED light sculpture. They’ve had massive purple balloons and other things in the past. It will be interesting to see what they do this year. Happy New Year!

      XO,
      Paloma
