A Whirlwind Week

Lenox Hill Neighborhood House Gala Paloma Contreras

{The Table I Designed for the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House Spring Gala}

If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably know that I was just in New York from Sunday through Wednesday. I spent my time there meeting with my book editor, taking a few business meetings, and getting ready for the annual Lenox Hill Neighborhood House Spring Gala for which I designed a table. I’ll share all of the details with you along with photos of my favorite tables from the event tomorrow!

I flew home early yesterday morning so that I could have one night at home with Fabian and Tate and also to repack my suitcase for High Point Market, where I am headed this morning. I will be there for the next several days and am looking forward to seeing the new collections and spending time with design friends. I planned to have a more exciting post ready to go for you today, but I have been under the weather for the last 10 days or so and when I got home yesterday, I definitely felt worse and not better. I honestly just needed to get some rest before embarking on more travel and keeping up this frenetic (but exciting and fulfilling) pace. I’ll be back tomorrow with a full blog post and will be posting on Instagram @LaDolceVitaBlog quite a bit as I find chic, new things in High Point. I will also be taking over the @HighPointMarket Instagram on Wednesday, April 26th, so be sure to follow along!
