Camel and Cream

{via This is Glamorous}

I love the look of camel and winter whites this time of year. Nothing looks more timeless, fresh, or chic. Camel sweaters and coats, white jeans, and ivory sweaters also work in the fall and into early spring, but in my opinion, they look best in the winter. Maybe it’s the idea of camel and cream in the snow or perhaps its the same notion that I mentioned yesterday in regard to the fact that I usually find myself drawn to clean, neutral palettes when on the cusp of a New Year. I guess in some small way, it represents the blank slate before us in the New Year. Regardless of the reason, it’s difficult to argue the timeless elegance of camel and cream.

  1. I just bought a camel cardigan before Christmas. Merry Chrustmas to me! I was going to wear it with all black but this post has me thinking a creamy white. It’s such a fresh combo.
    Merry Christmas and a wonderful 2017!
