On My Radar: AQ/AQ

AQ Summer

{Sinead Strapless Midi Dress in Dust Pink}

Have you heard of AQ/AQ? While new to me, it is a high-street brand of women’s clothing based in London. They have been around for a while and have a shop on the famed Carnaby Street. AQ/AQ’s main focus is on the feminine, flirty silhouettes which have been all the rage over the past few seasons. What I really like about their collection is that it pairs an overtly feminine aesthetic with effortless, streamlined silhouettes for a look that is chic and classic. The other great thing is that the price point is really reasonable, with everything in this post being under $275.00 USD. You can feel less guilty about indulging in some of-the-moment styles when the price point is as great as the piece itself!

  1. That pink dress is gorgeous. I would look like a big mistake in it, but she is ravishing.
    The white jumpsuit is more my style. There are several interesting looks–that asymmetrical pantskirt is just the right amount of unusual.

  2. Paloma I just love your website. Your design ethic is very strong. What I don’t like is the inclusion of the frocks, handbags, shoes and jewelry. It distracts from the value of your website. More interior design please and less fashion.

    1. Hi Jane,

      Thank you for the kind words. I am so glad that you enjoy LDV. I appreciate the feedback on the fashion component. At its core, La Dolce Vita is a lifestyle blog that is rooted in interior design. I use this as a place to share all of the things that I love across various categories– interiors, fashion, art, and travel. Frankly, after writing my blog 6 times per week for 9 years, I can’t imagine sticking to only interiors because there wouldn’t be enough material to blog as frequently as I do and I would get bored with it. Fret not, we have a lot of wonderful design stories coming soon!

      All the best,
      Paloma
