Fabulous Room Friday 09.04.15

Robert Brown Symphony Showhouse

This week’s “Fabulous Room” is the chic and elegant bedroom Robert Brown designed forth 45th Annual Atlanta Symphony Associates’ Decorators’ Show House & Gardens. The event itself happened earlier in the year, but Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles recently published the photos and I found that Robert had quite a few more images of the beautiful room on his website . While there were several lovely spaces at the show house, Robert’s room is hands down my favorite. I love the soothing palette, striking artwork, and polished aesthetic. Incorporating a mix of antiques and modern furnishings, Robert makes the bedroom feel modern, yet sophisticated. The very large room feels intimate in spite of its size thanks to the creation of distinct areas within the space. There is plenty of seating, a writing desk near the fireplace, and a cozy canopy bed. This beautiful bedroom is a true reflection of Robert’s signature style and would be the perfect place to hang out all weekend long, wouldn’t you say?

  1. Hi Paloma, I missed this room, thank you for sharing, it is truly design perfection. I have admired Robert for years. La Dolce Vita is always a great pleasure to read.
