Currently Obsessed: Emerson Fry Fall/Winter 2014

{The Tailored Coat in Fawn Wool shown with the Luxe Emerson Crewneck, Mick 3 Pants in Indigo, and D’Orsay Heel in Stealth Army Green— I’ll take it all, please!}

Every season, I fall in love with everything Emerson Fry puts out and her new Fall/Winter 2014 Collection is no exception. There are so many pieces that I absolutely adore– staples to invest in because you’ll wear them forever. The collection, as we’ve come to expect from Emerson is super tight and cohesive. There is a distinct and versatile color palette of mostly neutrals and the pieces are all so timeless with easy, flattering silhouettes. In short, they are the kind of clothes you’ll wear forever. Each item in the collection, like the Emerson Fry girl is chic, effortless, and cool. I am completely obsessed with the coats, tops, pants, and the fabulous shoes. I want to be the Emerson Fry girl—this collection is just that good!

 {The Drop Shoulder Coat and D’Orsay Heel in Black may be favorite pieces of the entire collection.}

 {The Drop Sleeve Shirt}

{I am tall and somewhat modest, so I love wearing dresses and tunics over fitted pants. The way this Cuff Sleeve Dress is styled is right up my alley.}

 {Everyone needs a big, cozy Cable Turtleneck Sweater and this one is pretty perfect.}

{The chic Drop Sleeve Shirt in Lineal Stretch Jacquard}

{The Mod Top is a silhouette that has appeared in several Emerson Fry collections now.}

{The Luxe Emerson Crewneck in Ivory is one of those workhorse, staple pieces that goes with so many things, whether layered or on its own.}

{Speaking of staples, the Pencil Pant is another must-have– perfect with heels or tucked into boots.}

{The Unisex Buttondown in Chambray is another super versatile piece.}

{This V-Column Dress is one of the few printed pieces in the collection.}

{I live in riding boots in the fall and winter seasons because they are super comfortable, yet they look perfectly polished and they can be dressed up or dressed down. I love Emerson Fry’s new Trooper Boots}

{The Italian Cuff Heel in Waxed Tactical is Super Sexy and Surprisingly Versatile}

{Who doesn’t love a good bootie? The new Wrapped Boot is pretty fabulous.}

{Here, the Italian Cuff Heel in Waxed Tactical is shown with the new Emerson Big Black Bag}

  2. First off, I love these pieces. This line is always has such wearable pieces very usable and realistic. Secondly, I LOVE how they are photographed on the website. I think it makes them even more appealing.
    The living room backdrop makes it seems like the photos are a #selfie or some such or as though this is your friend showing you her outfit. None the less, I like this (personal) touch. Great post.
