A Tour of the Will and Grace Sets

Will and Grace is one of my favorite shows ever! I have watched every episode multiple times and am eagerly anticipating the reboot when the series returns to NBC this Thursday, September 28th. I’ll be in Paris, so I won’t get to watch it when it airs, but I have my DVR set and ready to go! There are so many reasons why I love this show– the relationship between the characters, Karen’s zingy one-liners, Jack’s over the top personality, and of course, the set design. I always loved Will’s apartment in the original. It was masculine, chic, and felt collected over time. Since 11 years have passed since we last welcomed Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen into our living rooms, some things have changed as you would expect, and that includes the set design. Just as our own houses have evolved over the last decade, so have theirs. Architectural Digest recently shared a tour of the new set design by set decorator, Peter Gurski. The spaces feel familiar, yet different enough to show that time has passed. Who else is looking forward to the return of this smart, fabulously funny show? Who is your favorite character?
