Hello LDV readers! Brendan here of In/Spree. For today’s Jet Set post, I’m taking us to The Mark Hotel located on the Upper East Side in New York City! The Mark Hotel is known for its fashionable interiors and glamorous appeal, making it a great place to stay in NYC. It’s a block away from Central Park and a 3 minute drive to the Guggenheim Museum. (ABOVE) How cute is this illustration? I think it captures the glamour of the hotel perfectly!
The front entrance of The Mark Hotel. Despite occupying a historic 1927 building, the hotel has such a current and playful interior.
The entrance to The Mark Restaurant. I’m a huge fan of the black and white stripe floors, aren’t they divine?
The interior of The Mark Restaurant. I love the retro furniture and playful carpeting. Such a fun space with unique touches.
After a long day around the city, come and unwind in the funky bar!
The Madison King Suite has a view of Madison Ave. The space is both calm and relaxing.
If you’d like to splurge on a suite you can stay in the penthouse. The penthouse features many sitting and dining spaces in addition to a kitchen. Isn’t wonderful?
I love the bathrooms, the stone work is incredible!
I could spend a lot of time on the rooftop terrace, what a beautiful view of Central Park!
