Last Friday, I shared an image from the home tour One Kings Lane published featuring fashion stylist, Jessica de Ruiter’s Los Angeles house. Intrigued by Jessica and her style, I turned to Pinterest to search for more images of her and her home. I love her chic style. She favors clean-lined, simple clothing, mostly in solid colors and always looks polished and pulled together. Jessica began her career in the editorial offices of Condé Nast, working at Vogue, Teen Vogue, W, and WWD. Eventually, she decided to strike out on her own and has gone on to style a long roster of celebrities including Jennifer Lawrence, Drew Barrymore, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Goldie Hawn, and Anjelica Huston.
More and more in the past few years, I have been simplifying and streamlining my style. With so many work-related details to think about each morning, the last thing I want to fuss over is a super elaborate outfit. Naturally, I love Jessica’s streamlined style.
Could jump right into her look! Just a little more curvey!
I love her simple but put together look, the sun washed hair and not overly made up face. It’s so nice to see the “natural” look. Like Phaedra, I could make her wardrobe mine. Thank you for sharing Jessica with us.
I really love this look, too. She is every bit as made up and done as most of the French fashionistas, she is just a natural blonde. I love that she hasn’t succumbed to the pressure of dark brows. Differences are beautiful!
I have been a long time fan of Jessica’s laid back California style! She co-ordinates her home and outfits so effortlessly, and yet so incredibly chic!
Love this post!
